Shipping
We only ship to the confirmed address. Before you pay, please make sure that address you specified matches the address you would like us to ship to. We don’t accept the address change request.
We are unable to take any responsibility for any custom delay or tax. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.
We can mark any package as a gift, but all international packages are marked “Purchase” on the insurance form .
Buyers’ Information: We strive our best to provide you the most reliable, affordable way of shipping service. However, sometimes international delivery is highly dependent on the courier company and local customs/duties.

Payment
PayPal is the only online payment method we accept.
Payment must be made within 2 days after purchase.
Orders purchase at Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, as our business days are Monday-Friday.
Returns
All items qualify for returns within 30 days of receipt (except items sold as is). All returns must be in the condition as received.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us and we will refund your payment, or you may return it to us for a prompt exchange. Delivery fees will not be refunded and buyer is responsible for shipping costs incurred shipping products back.
For any return request, please contact our Customer Support through the eBay messaging system. Please allow 3-5 business days for us to process the refund once we receive the item back. Any returns that violate this return policy will not be accepted and will be sent back at the customers’ expense.
Please note: All items have a security label and all serial numbers are recorded for fraud prevention. We carefully check all incoming returns to ensure that the item has not been replaced.
